What we collect
When you send a message, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and training goals. When you book a session, booking is handled by Square, and Square's privacy policy applies to the information you enter there.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, schedule and deliver your training, and send occasional updates you ask for. We don't sell your information.
