  1. Muay Thai stance, rhythm and balance

  3. Knees and elbows from the clinch
  4. Checking kicks and defending strikes
  5. Combinations that mix hands and feet
  6. Pad rounds that build serious conditioning

Who it's for

First-time strikers

We start with stance and balance before power. You'll be throwing clean kicks sooner than you think.

Boxers adding kicks

Already know your hands? We'll add kicks, knees and checks without wrecking the boxing you've built.

Anyone bored of the gym

Pad rounds are some of the hardest, most satisfying work you can do, and every round is different.

How you'll train

Pick the format that fits. Every session is booked ahead, so your coach is ready for you when you walk in.

One-on-one

Your coach, your goals, your pace. The fastest way to learn and the best way to start.

Partner

Bring a spouse, friend or training partner. Share the coach, push each other and always have someone to drill with.

Small group

A few people, one coach and real attention on everyone. More energy, same personal coaching.

Good questions

What's the difference between kickboxing and Muay Thai?

Kickboxing generally uses punches and kicks. Muay Thai adds knees, elbows and clinch work. We coach both and blend them based on your goals.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility improves with training. We'll work kicks at a height that's safe for you and build from there.

Will my shins hurt?

We build up gradually with pads and proper technique, so conditioning comes with time instead of bruises on day one.

Your first round is free.

Forty-five minutes with a coach. We'll talk about your goals, see how you move and teach you your first combination. No experience needed.
